This 4 week short course is set to get you feeling more flexible and get your body into prime dance condition!
Classes are open level and will be working through a warm up, a range of controlled movements to develop strength and balance in your body, and finish with static and dynamic stretches to get you feeling more flexible. Join in as a casual or take part in the 4 week course.
Bring a mat or towel, comfy clothes and let's get stretching!

Dance Clinic - Partnered Classes
Our partnered classes will be starting up very soon! In 2021 we will be bringing back our "clinic" style of classes where we will work on developing fundamental dance techniques, refining core moves, and encouraging students to get creative with combos and musicality.
